Shipping policy

We strive to ship your order as soon as we can. However, our hands-on processes may delay shipping times. In most cases you can expect your delivery to arrive within 5-10 business days of ordering. Usually it only takes 1-4 days to process if everything goes smoothly, then shipping times may vary based on destination and carrier. In rare cases, an influx of demand or factors outside our control may arise without notice and delay your shipment. In most every case, Russten is personally fulfilling every single order. He will process every order as soon as he can while prioritizing quality. Please be understanding if personal circumstances delay shipment. Although the business is growing, we are primarily still a 1 man shop.

If your order includes apparel, we have a fulfillment partner that will handle your order. Apparel will arrive in a separate package than other gear.

We reserve the right to use an alternate shipping carrier or shipping service than the selected carrier or service at checkout if we deem it necessary. No cost adjustments will be necessary or applicable. Please be patient as we diligently work to fulfill your order.
